WB Gram Panchayat Recruitment 2024 is going to take place in various Gram Panchayats of West Bengal. In that case, there will be many vacancies at the same time. It should be noted that Lok Sabha polls are ahead. Therefore, various recruitment circulars are being published by the central government keeping this vote in front. The state government of West Bengal is not far behind. After the release of various small and big recruitment circulars by the state government, this time the gram panchayat level is going to get huge recruitment circulars.




Where to recruit: As per the decision taken by the state cabinet meeting, this huge recruitment is going to be done in the village panchayats of different districts across the state.


Recruitment for which post: Through this Gram Panchayat recruitment, staff will be recruited in Gram Panchayat Assistant posts.


Number of vacancies: Many vacancies will be filled simultaneously. In that case, a total of 7216 vacancies will be recruited. Out of this, the number of vacancies at Gram Panchayat level is 6652 and the number of vacancies at Panchayat Samiti is 564.


Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed minimum secondary from any recognized board can participate in the recruitment.


Candidate Age Limit: Candidates with minimum age of 18 years are eligible to apply and candidates with maximum age of 40 years can apply. And reserved category candidates will be given special age relaxation.


Monthly Salary: The average monthly salary per employee will start from approximately Rs.25,000/- after hiring the employees employed here.
